This squad is aiming for swimmers to be competing at Junior State Championships. It extends fundamental training skills across all strokes and distances. The focus of this squad is to enhance swimmers ability to maintain correct technique under pressure in both training and racing environments. 

This squad offers 6 sessions a week and it is recommended that swimmers attend 4-5 sessions per week.

It is compulsory that swimmers are SSPW club members and are expected to have swimming as one of their major sports throughout the year.

WINTER 2025

For the period of 30th June - 11th October 2025 the below schedule will be held at the Wesley College Pool until we notify of our move to Penrhos College Pool.

You may choose any sessions out of the above schedule. We recommend 4-5 sessions per week.

We will be remaining at Wesley Pool until at least the 30th August 2025 at the above timetable. We will then shift to Penrhos shortly after that, exact date TBC but likely to remain the same for the rest of this period.
