This group focuses on freestyle, breaststroke and backstroke with an introduction to butterfly.
We teach swimmers how to work in a training group and work on developing swimming skills and drills to head toward competitive swimming.

Racing Skills and the opportunity to get timed swims occurs in our Dragon Racing sessions held each Saturday morning. These sessions are included as part of the squad package.

We run our swimming programmes across two seasons - Summer and Winter.

Summer 2024/2025

Our Summer season runs from 7th October 2024 to 12th April 2025.

At Wesley Pool Junior squad times will be held:

 Monday / Friday 3.30-4.15pm

Monday / Friday 4.15-5.00pm

Monday / Friday 5.00-5.45pm     

Monday / Friday 5.45-6.30pm

 

Tuesday / Thursday 3.30-4.15pm

Tuesday / Thursday 4.15-5.00pm
