This group focuses on freestyle, breaststroke and backstroke with an introduction to butterfly.
We teach swimmers how to work in a training group and work on developing swimming skills and drills to head toward competitive swimming.

We run our swimming programmes across two seasons - Summer and Winter.

Our Winter season runs from 2nd April 2024 to 5th October 2024

NB All sessions will be held at the Wesley Pool
