This squad provides a challenging program yet relaxed environment. Swimmers should have goals of competing at a school and/or state level of competition. All strokes are continually developed and built on and athletes are prepared to swim at their highest possible level.

There are 5 Swimming sessions on offer per week and it is recommended that swimmers attend 3 or more sessions per week.

Swimmers are encouraged to be SSPW club members and to compete throughout the year.

We run our swimming programmes across two seasons - Summer and Winter.

Summer 2024/2025

Our Summer season runs from 7th October 2024 to 12th April 2025.

Sessions are held at a mixture of Penrhos and Wesley pools, please see below.

Winter 2024

Our winter season times run from the 29th April 2024, through to the 5th October 2024

All sessions through winter are held at the Wesley College Pool.
